Eventually, discipline, consistency, the patience of learning to let my body recover, fueling properly instead of restricting, and commitment to a plan created a new me.
New habits, more energy, increased confidence, greater strength and resilience.
Not because I hated myself into change, but because I cared enough about my goals to support myself properly.
