Coach Ilana Guttman
Ilana has been running distances from the 5k to the marathon for 20 years. After incorporating structured training in the last 5 years, she's been able to reach new personal records and win local races.
Now as a UESCA and Tel Aviv University certified distance running coach, Ilana wants to teach others how to train effectively, safely, and in a way that enhances an athlete's entire life.
