Beginner Running Group for Women
"Couch to 5k"

For Support, Self-Confidence, and Success!

In this 4-month program, we meet once a week for an in-person training session and cheer each other on in between while completing independent workouts. Safely and effectively build up your fitness and have fun!

This is for you when:

  • You’re ready to get moving but haven't participated in a formal exercise program in a while

  • You want the support and accountability of an awesome group of women

  • You want to be guided by an expert

  • You want to improve your health and feel more at ease in your body
