Where?

Most workouts start at Gan HaPaamon, by the Train Theater

When?

Sundays, 9:00 - 10:00am or
8:30 - 9:45pm, we train together as a group

You are assigned 2 additional workouts to complete on your own (with the support of your coach and group via Whatsapp)

In-Person Training Sessions

We'll run in South Jerusalem together once a week, gradually increasing the distance while learning best practices for injury prevention

Lifestyle Improvement

Learn how make running part of  your life as something you "get to do" rather than "have to do"

Detailed Training Plan

This will include everything you need to keep training on the days we don't meet.

Fun!

Running is a proven mood booster, and if that alone won't work, we have prizes!

Support and Accountability

Receive practical lessons and tips for running (and wellness in general), plus ongoing support from me via WhatsApp

5k Race

At the end of the program we will run a 5k for group participants only, with t-shirts and medals for finishers!

I've been running distances from the 5k to the  marathon for 20 years. After incorporating structured training in the last 5 years, I've been reaching new personal records and winning local races.

 

Now as a certified distance running coach, I want to teach others how to train effectively, safely, and in a way that enhances your entire life.
