Get acquainted with the basics of trail running in this free seminar.
No experience required, but basic fitness (ability to complete 3k running under 30 min.) is recommended.
Please come dressed for movement, including running sneakers
(regular, road running shoes are fine).
We will cover:
1. Differences Between Trail Running and Road Running
2. Trail Running Technique
3. Gear, Logistics and Safety
