Coach Ilana Guttman is a marathoner and decorated trail runner who works with runners in Israel and around the world to reach meaningful goals.

She also works with women of all ages to improve their quality of life by building a strength training program that preserves bone density, boosts confidence, and preserves independence and general badassery for years to come.
