Strength Training For Runners

Generic exercises are not enough to strengthen the body for the repetitive motion of running. A program designed specifically for runners can improve your running economy and body composition, and help you kick harder at the end of a race.

Strength Training 50+

We start with the basics, learning correct technique and movement patterns, then we gradually progress, following a path that's appropriate for each person's lifestyle. The result is a workout that's safe, effective and fun!

 

​In addition to traditional gym workouts, I also offer Nature Fitness🍃, a one-of-a-kind class combining cardiovascular endurance, strength and balance in beautiful Jerusalem green spaces.
